Item Description
Yuna's whole journey in Final Fantasy X revolves around summoning, and her Magic card is built to keep the summons coming. Yuna, Hope of Spira is a five-mana green-white Human Cleric, a 3/5 that turns protective and aggressive at once during your turn: she and every enchantment creature you control gain trample, lifelink and ward {2}. At the beginning of your end step, she returns up to one enchantment card from your graveyard to the battlefield with a finality counter, giving it one more run before it would be exiled.
That makes her a natural Selesnya commander for enchantment decks. In Magic's Final Fantasy set, Summon cards are enchantment creatures, so Yuna can keep calling back the summons that have finished their work, along with auras, Sagas and other enchantments. Lifelink across a board of enchantment creatures swings races quickly, and ward {2} makes your key pieces costly to answer on your turn.
This is the Final Fantasy printing, collector number 250, a mythic in non-foil illustrated by NINNIN. FFX fans get the summoner of Spira at the head of a deck that plays the way she does, calling on summons and bringing them back when they fall.
