ShimmeringSkies
Chapter five — the second story arc opens with a party in the sky, Boost, and the game's first-anniversary cards.
Why it matters
A celebration, a year in
Shimmering Skies landed in August 2024, a year after the game launched, and it reads like a party: the Illumineers gather for a festival in the sky, the art is lighter and brighter than the Ursula chapter, and the set's theme is characters working together — cards that get stronger when more of the same story is on the board. It is the start of the second story arc, with Ursula defeated and the lore she stole scattered.
For collectors it is the chapter of the anniversary promos and the first enchanted reprints of older characters in new art. Every card here is priced to the live market; the ones at $40 and up are photographed as the exact card you'll receive.
