Coolection – Terms of Use and Sale

By accessing or purchasing from Coolection.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use and Sale. Please review them carefully before placing an order or using our services. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any updates to these Terms.

1. Orders

When you place an order, you agree to purchase the products listed in your cart under these Terms. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including inventory errors, pricing inaccuracies, or payment issues. Order confirmation does not guarantee fulfillment if we later identify an issue requiring cancellation.

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to make purchases on Coolection.com.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders to the address you provide at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number. A tracking status of “Delivered” confirms successful delivery.

Orders over $500 will be shipped with signature confirmation required, provided at no additional cost to the customer.

Coolection is not responsible for packages after delivery confirmation. For any delivery issues after that point, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

3. Returns & Refunds

To initiate a return, contact support@coolection.com within 14 days of delivery for authorization and instructions. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Due to the nature of collectibles and trading card products, all sales of sealed products and trading cards are final unless the item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping fees (including return shipping) are non-refundable.

4. Pre-Owned Items

Pre-owned or collectible items may show signs of age or wear and are sold “as described.” These items are final sale, unless the product is substantially different from the description or photos provided at the time of purchase.

5. Payments

By completing checkout, you authorize Coolection (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method for the full order amount. If your payment is declined or flagged for review, your order may be delayed or canceled. Orders that are flagged by Coolection’s fraud prevention system will be cancelled. The customer will be contacted via email and given an alternative method to validate their identity (generally by submitting an image of a photo ID showing the delivery and/or shipping address, and proof of physical possession of the payment method used in the transaction).

6. Site Use

You agree to use Coolection.com only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate the rights of others or restrict their use of the site. Harassment, impersonation, posting illegal content, or spamming is strictly prohibited.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content (reviews, comments, etc.) you submit but grant Coolection a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, or display that content for marketing or site purposes. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coolection, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

9. Third-Party Links

Coolection.com may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coolection shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or products.

11. Disputes & Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Pennsylvania, on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action or jury trial. Before pursuing arbitration, please contact us at support@coolection.com to attempt to resolve the issue informally.

12. Governing Law & Severability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, excluding conflict of law principles. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Privacy Policy

Your use of Coolection.com is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The 'Effective Date' above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of Coolection.com after any updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
