Item Description

There is a particular kind of tension in watching the wheel tick past a big cash wedge and slow toward Bankrupt, and Hasbro Interactive's Wheel of Fortune bottles it for the PlayStation. You step onto the set as a contestant, give the wheel a spin, call consonants, buy vowels and race to solve the puzzle before your opponents do, all with the familiar look and sound of the long-running TV show.

What keeps it from feeling like a generic word game is the source material: the puzzles were written specially for the game by the show's own producers, so the phrasing, categories and wordplay feel right at home next to the broadcast.
