This is a pre-owned NES 10-game cartridge storage case, offered on its own. The hinges and latches are intact and work, and the clean interior holds up to 10 standard NES cartridges. The case shows light surface wear, with no cracks or major damage. Look over the photos for condition and details. It ships carefully packed and protected.
Item Description
Long before cartridge shelves and acrylic display cases, NES owners had a problem: a growing stack of gray cartridges and nowhere tidy to put them. Cases like this one were the answer, a hinged, latching shell with room for ten games, ready to slide under the bed or travel to a friend's house for the weekend.
That second job is the one many of us remember best. Packing up Super Mario Bros. 3, Zelda and Contra for a sleepover was its own ritual, and a dedicated case kept a weekend's worth of games together instead of rattling around a backpack. Today it does the same work for a collection: grouping a run of favorites, organizing the rotation you actually play, or keeping a curated ten together for a convention trip or a friend's retro night.
It is also a charming piece of era-appropriate gear. Set it beside an NES and a few cartridges and the whole setup feels like 1988 again.
