Item Description
Disney's 1973 Robin Hood gave us a fox who could outfight anyone in Prince John's guard, and Champion of Sherwood plays exactly like that. This Floodborn Hero costs five ink, or you can shift him onto any of your characters named Robin Hood for just 3. He arrives as a 3/6 with 2 lore, sturdy enough to survive most challenges.
His abilities reward picking fights. Skilled Combatant gives you 2 lore whenever he banishes another character in a challenge during your turn, so every successful duel also moves you toward 20. And if he does fall in a challenge, The Good of Others lets you draw a card, so opponents never get a clean answer. That makes him a strong fit for Steel challenge decks, especially ones running earlier Robin Hood cards to shift onto.
This is the Into the Inklands Legendary printing, card 190, illustrated by Rudy Hill, in non-foil, from Lorcana's third set.
