Item Description

Peter Pan never waits for permission, and this Amethyst card from Ursula's Return plays exactly that way. For three ink you get a 2-strength, 3-willpower Storyborn Hero with Rush and Evasive, so he can swoop in and challenge the turn he arrives, while only other Evasive characters can challenge him back. He is uninkable and quests for 1 lore. His subtitle nods to the film's opening adventure, when Peter slips into the Darling nursery hunting for his runaway shadow.

FLY, OF COURSE! is what turns him into a deck engine: every other character you control with Evasive gains Rush. Suddenly your flyers can land and immediately knock out an exerted opposing character, punishing anyone who quested carelessly on their last turn. In an Evasive-heavy Amethyst list, Peter makes each new arrival an instant threat instead of a turn-later one, and that speed is exactly what aggressive Lorcana decks crave.

This is the Ursula's Return printing, collector number 54/204, a Super Rare illustrated by Emily Abeydeera, in non-foil.
