Item Description
Namaari, the warrior princess of Fang in Raya and the Last Dragon, spends much of the film as Raya's most dangerous rival, and Namaari - Morning Mist plays exactly like a disciplined guard who can still strike first when it counts.
She is a four-cost Steel character with 2 strength, 4 willpower and 1 lore. Bodyguard lets her enter play exerted, and while she is around, an opposing character who challenges one of your characters must choose one with Bodyguard if able, so she soaks up challenges aimed at your more valuable lore-questers. Her BLADES ability lets her challenge ready characters, something most characters can't do, so opponents can't protect a key character just by leaving it ready. She is uninkable, so she earns her deck slot purely on what she does in play, and in a defensive Steel deck that is plenty.
This is the Rise of the Floodborn printing, collector number 189/204, illustrated by Jenna Gray, in non-foil. Rise of the Floodborn was Lorcana's second set, and Namaari appears in it at Legendary rarity, a strong pull for Steel players and fans of Disney's dragon-filled fantasy.
