Item Description
Somewhere in Duskmourn's house of horrors, a ventriloquist's dummy started walking on its own. According to its flavor text, Marvin was once a razorkin's puppet used to terrify a survivor, and now he hunts with no one pulling his strings. In game terms, that mimicry is the whole point: Marvin, Murderous Mimic has all activated abilities of the other creatures you control that don't share his name.
For two colorless mana you get a 2/2 legendary artifact creature that copies the toolkit of your entire team. Mana creatures turn him into another mana source, looters make him a second looter, and creatures with sacrifice or tap abilities effectively get a backup copy. Because he is colorless, he fits into any deck, and as a legendary creature he can even lead a colorless Commander deck of his own. The more creatures with strong activated abilities you play, the scarier the little puppet becomes.
