Item Description

Kefnet turns the top of your deck into a second chance at every spell. Each turn you may reveal the first card you draw, and if it is an instant or sorcery, you copy it and may cast the copy for two less. Draw a removal spell, cast the copy right away, and you still have the original in hand for later. In a deck loaded with instants and sorceries, that is a free extra spell nearly every turn.

The body is no afterthought either. Four mana gets you a 4/5 flier, a size that blocks well and closes out games quickly. And like the other God-Eternals, the gods of Amonkhet turned into undying servants in War of the Spark, Kefnet refuses to stay gone: when it dies or is exiled from the battlefield, you may put it into its owner's library third from the top. Blue spellslinger players, and Commander decks built around instants and sorceries, will find plenty to love here.
