Our grade: Near Mint. Pictured: this printing of the card. Every card ships triple-sleeved — a soft sleeve, a deck sleeve and a rigid top loader.
Item Description
Most wheel effects refill everyone, you included. Wheel and Deal is far more selective. This four-mana blue instant makes any number of target opponents discard their hands and draw seven new cards, then you draw a single card while your own hand stays exactly as it is.
That asymmetry is where the fun lives. Cast it at the end of an opponent's turn, after they have spent the game sculpting the perfect hand, and watch them start over while you keep your answers. Or turn it into a weapon: decks that punish opponents for drawing cards get seven triggers per target, and in multiplayer Commander you can aim it only at the players you want to disrupt. It even works as a kindness for an opponent stuck with an empty hand, which can buy you a little goodwill at a political table.
This is the Secret Lair Drop showcase printing, collector number 1262, illustrated by Samy Halim, in halo foil. The swirling halo foil pattern and showcase frame turn a sneaky blue trick into a flashy centerpiece for a spellslinger deck.
