Item Description
In Stardew Valley, a proposal starts with a Mermaid's Pendant, and Secret Lair x Stardew Valley turns that moment into a Magic card. This Wedding Ring is printed under the name Mermaid's Pendant and illustrated by ConcernedApe, the creator of Stardew Valley himself, which gives it a personal touch that makes it a centerpiece for any fan of Pelican Town.
The gameplay is just as charming. Cast this four-mana white artifact and a target opponent creates a token copy of it. From then on, whenever an opponent who controls a Wedding Ring draws a card during their turn, you draw a card, and whenever they gain life during their turn, you gain that much life. Your partner holds a ring as well, so the arrangement works in both directions, and picking the right spouse becomes a small political game at the Commander table. Marry the deck that draws the most and you share in its card flow every turn, a rare gift for white decks that usually struggle for extra cards.
This is the Secret Lair Drop printing, collector number 2802, a borderless mythic in foil from the Stardew Valley collaboration.
