Magic: The Gathering single: Wall of Omens. Our grade: Near Mint. Pictured: this printing of the card. Every card ships triple-sleeved — a soft sleeve, a deck sleeve and a rigid top loader.
Item Description
“EVERY GRIM BRICK FORETELLS A NEW DOOM” is not the sort of flavor text you expect on a humble two-mana wall, and that is exactly why this Secret Lair version of Wall of Omens stands out. It reinvents a Rise of the Eldrazi staple as a borderless, full-art poster, with art by Alexander Khabbazi and the flavor text set in bold capitals.
The card underneath is as dependable as ever. Wall of Omens is a 0/4 white Wall with defender that draws you a card when it enters, so it blunts early attackers and replaces itself at the same time. That makes it a favorite of control decks, cube lists and Commander tables, and it gets better with every flicker effect, bounce trick or blink engine you pair it with. It never asks much of a deck, and it rarely disappoints, which is why players keep coming back to it in so many formats.
This is the Secret Lair Drop printing, collector number 1518★, a borderless full-art poster treatment by Alexander Khabbazi, in rainbow foil.
