Item Description
Tainted Peak (Foil) is a classic and highly playable land for black-red decks—especially in Commander, where mana consistency and color fixing are everything. The Tainted land cycle has remained popular for years because it offers strong dual-color utility with a simple condition, making it a great option for decks that already run a healthy number of Swamps.

In Commander, Tainted Peak is especially useful in Rakdos decks, Grixis decks, Jund builds, and any multi-color list that includes black and red. If your deck is Swamp-heavy (or runs enough ways to fetch Swamps), this land becomes a reliable source of both colors without requiring you to take damage like a shock land or rely on slower tapped lands. It’s a great budget-friendly utility land that still performs extremely well in real gameplay.

The foil version adds a nice collector upgrade to a land you’ll actually play frequently.
