Item Description
Sower of Discord is a political weapon disguised as a big flying Demon. As it enters, you choose two players, and from then on, whenever damage is dealt to one of them, the other loses that much life too. Link two opponents and every attack on one is a hit on both; link an opponent to yourself and anyone who swings at you pays for it with the life of the player you chose, which can make your seat a lot less attractive to attack.
It is a 6/6 flier for six mana, so it pressures the board on its own while the link does its work. In a multiplayer Commander game it rewards clever choices: tie together the two biggest threats so they hurt each other, or pair a player with whoever is about to get attacked by everyone. It shines in black decks that like chaos, Group Slug strategies and anything built around damage that spreads across the table.
