Item Description
Rocket Power Dream Scheme brings Nickelodeon's beloved crew of extreme sports kids to the Game Boy Advance in a side-scrolling action platformer built for fans of the show. Otto, Twister, Squid, and Reggie are all here, and the game leans hard into the boardsports energy that made the animated series such a hit in the early 2000s. It's the kind of licensed GBA title that captures the look and attitude of the show in a compact, pick-up-and-play format — exactly what portable gaming was made for.
Gameplay centers on skating, surfing, and snowboarding your way through stages inspired by the world of Ocean Shores, with obstacles and enemies that keep things moving at a quick clip. The handheld hardware handles the colorful, cartoon-faithful visuals surprisingly well, giving the characters and environments a feel that fans of the series will immediately recognize. It's a short, fun ride — the kind of game that was designed to be enjoyed in bursts, which makes it a natural fit for the GBA format.
For collectors chasing complete Nickelodeon or early-2000s GBA libraries, Dream Scheme is one of those titles that tends to fly under the radar. It's a genuine snapshot of a specific moment in licensed gaming — when Saturday morning cartoons ruled and every popular Nicktoon eventually got its portable adventure. The cartridge itself is compact and durable, as GBA carts always are, and slots right into any Game Boy Advance, SP, or compatible system.
A great pick for anyone who grew up watching Otto and the crew shred in Ocean Shores, or for GBA collectors hunting down the deeper corners of the Nickelodeon catalog.

About the game
There's trouble in Ocean Shores when Otto has a nightmare that Dr. Stimpleton captures his sister Reggie and friends Twister and Sam. This sends Otto on a wild chase to find the gang and stop Dr. Stimpleton from using his "Stimpleton device" to turn Ocean Shores into a Seaside Polka Resort.
