Item Description

A gang of elite mercenaries has seized the OmniTower and turned it into a fortress, and there is only one cop in Old Detroit built to walk through the front door. RoboCop: Rogue City Unfinished Business is a standalone adventure from Teyon and Nacon, released in 2025, that follows 2023's Rogue City with a tighter, more focused premise: one tower, floor after floor of armed resistance, and a cyborg who will not stop climbing.

The appeal is the same heavy, deliberate first-person action that made Rogue City feel so true to the films. RoboCop does not dodge or sprint around corners; he marches forward, soaks up gunfire and answers with overwhelming firepower, and the expansion adds new weapons and more brutal finishers to that toolkit. Classic street goons, fan-favorite bots and flying drones stand between you and the top of the tower, and the vertical structure gives the whole campaign the siege-movie momentum of The Raid or Dredd.

Its most interesting addition looks backward. Special flashback missions set before Murphy became RoboCop let you play as Alex Murphy himself for the first time, the Detroit police officer who existed before the armor, which adds a human dimension to a story that is usually told through a visor and a targeting display.

Teyon earned a loyal following with Rogue City by treating Paul Verhoeven's 1987 film with real respect, from the satirical tone to the satisfying weight of the Auto-9 pistol. Unfinished Business brings more of that same affection in a compact package that stands on its own, and it is a strong pick if you enjoyed the first game's march through Old Detroit and want another tour of duty in the armor.
