Set beneath the surface of Mars, the game drops you into a claustrophobic underground campaign where humanity has been driven off the planet's ravaged surface and into a network of tunnels and colonies — only to find something ancient and hostile lurking in the deep. It's a more linear, intense experience than Guerrilla, trading sprawling open terrain for tight, atmospheric corridors and a heavier emphasis on story-driven action.
The real star of the show, as always, is the Geo-Mod 2.0 engine — the franchise's signature destruction technology, now turned inward.
