Item Description

The Rabbids have crashed plenty of famous worlds, but Rabbids: Party of Legends sends them somewhere new: Journey to the West, the classic Chinese tale of the monk Tang Sanzang and his three disciples. After a trip in their Time Washing Machine, the Rabbids take on those legendary roles, dressing as Sun Wukong, Zhu Bajie and Sha Wujing for a colorful, slapstick adventure through a storybook East Asian setting.

Developed by Ubisoft Chengdu and released in 2022, it is a party game built for a crowded couch. Players race along the journey through 43 minigames, many of them reworked favorites from earlier Rabbids games, testing reaction time, memory, rhythm and timing. Rounds are short and loud, and the mix of competitive and cooperative challenges keeps everyone involved instead of waiting for their turn. With 45 playable Rabbid costumes to choose from, half the fun is picking your look before the chaos starts.

The humor is classic Rabbids: screaming, plunger-flinging, physical comedy that lands with kids and adults alike, set against a world that treats its source material with surprising affection. It is accessible enough for younger players and casual guests, while the faster minigames still get competitive once friends start keeping score.

As a later entry in the Rabbids party line, it brings the series back to its minigame roots after years of crossovers, with a theme that sets it apart from every other party game on the PlayStation 4. If your game nights need something lighter than a fighting game and sillier than a board game, it is an easy pick to put on the shelf.
