Item Description
Purrloin has the kind of personality that's hard to resist. Its Pokédex entry says it steals from people for fun, yet its victims can't help forgiving it, because the cute act is that convincing. This mischievous Dark-type arrived with the Unova Pokémon of the Black and White era, and the card keeps the attitude intact.
Purrloin is a 60 HP Basic Darkness Pokémon whose Knock Off attack does 20 damage and lets you flip a coin; on heads, you discard a random card from your opponent's hand. It's a small, sneaky attack that suits the character perfectly. The illustration is by Atsuko Nishida, a longtime Pokémon artist widely credited with Pikachu's original design.
McDonald's Promos 2012 was a 12-card Happy Meal set of Unova Pokémon, the kind of collection plenty of fans first opened at a restaurant table. This is card 9/12 from that set, offered here in foil, and a charming piece for a McDonald's promo binder or a Purrloin and Liepard collection.
