Item Description
Every trainer remembers the moment the standard Poké Ball stopped cutting it. A wild Pokémon breaks free one too many times, and it is back to the Poké Mart for the blue ball with the red bands across the top. The Great Ball is the first real upgrade in the series, a better catch rate and a quiet sign that the adventure has gotten serious, and this tin turns that familiar design into a round metal container you can actually hold.
Poké Ball Tins have long been one of the friendliest ways into the Pokémon Trading Card Game. There is no product tier to decode and no deck-building homework, just a recognizable shape and a few booster packs waiting inside. Popping it open carries a little of the tension of a capture in the games, except the payoff is whatever holo or rare is hiding in the packs.
Once the packs are opened, the tin keeps working. It is a handy home for dice, damage counters, coins or a short stack of favorite cards, and the Great Ball's blue and red looks sharp lined up beside the classic Poké Ball, the black-and-yellow Ultra Ball and the clean white Premier Ball. Build the full row, or hand this one to the trainer who always stocked up on Great Balls long before the Ultra Balls appeared on the shelf.
