Pokémon TCG single: Pikachu - 225 (World Championship 2025) - SV: Scarlet & Violet Promo Cards. Pictured: this printing of the card. Every card ships triple-sleeved — a soft sleeve, a deck sleeve and a rigid top loader.

Item Description

Every August the competitive Pokémon world turns its attention to a single convention hall, and in 2025 that hall was in Anaheim, California. This Pikachu promo is the card made to carry that moment home: the franchise's electric mascot stamped with the official 2025 World Championships logo, in artwork that slips in Iron Thorns and small nods to the host city for collectors who look closely.

This is the SV: Scarlet & Violet Black Star Promo, card number 225, in its World Championship 2025 version. A separate WINNER-stamped version went to division champions at the Worlds Celebration tournaments held at Play! Pokémon stores in August 2025, and Pokémon Center stores later offered the promo as a gift with purchase.

Worlds promos work like a dated ticket stub. Instead of marking a set release, they mark a specific week in competitive Pokémon history, and putting Pikachu on that stub makes it an easy anchor for a Scarlet & Violet promo binder, a Pikachu-through-the-years page, or a shelf of World Championships memorabilia.
