Item Description

Oricorio is one of the more imaginative Pokemon to come out of the Alola region — a dancing bird Pokemon with four distinct Style forms, each tied to a different island, a different flower nectar, and a different type. Its design draws on real-world dance traditions, giving it a personality and visual flair that stands apart from most of the roster. The ex treatment here amplifies that presence, putting Oricorio front and center with the kind of bold, dynamic artwork that promo cards are known for delivering.

The Mega Evolution Promo series occupies a unique corner of Pokemon TCG collecting. These promos were produced to celebrate and support the Mega Evolution era of the game — a period when the competitive and collector communities were both electric with excitement over the oversized, powerful Mega mechanics that reshaped how battles were fought and how decks were built. Promo cards from this run carry that energy with them, serving as snapshots of a genuinely memorable chapter in the TCG's long history.

Foil promos like this one have always held a special place in collections. The shimmer on a well-produced promo card catches light differently than a standard set pull, and the numbered designation — 024 in this series — gives set-completers a clear target to chase. Whether you're hunting down every number in the Mega Evolution Promo run or simply drawn to Oricorio's expressive, dance-inspired artwork, this card rewards a close look.

From a gameplay standpoint, Oricorio ex cards have found their way into creative deck builds, and the ex designation means this version brings real mechanical weight alongside its collector appeal. It is the kind of card that can pull double duty — equally at home in a binder sleeve or across the table in a match.

This card is a great fit for Pokemon TCG collectors building out their promo sets, fans of the Alola-era Pokemon who want a piece of that generation's TCG legacy, and players who appreciate both the look and the function of an ex promo. If Oricorio has a spot in your collection or your deck, this foil promo is the version worth having.
