Complete in box: the cartridge, the manual and the box, all original; anything beyond that is included only if you can see it in the photos. Look over the photos for condition, packaging and details. Every cartridge's shell, label and board are checked for authenticity when it comes into the store, and it's tested before it's listed. It ships in a collector's bag or a hard plastic case.
Dr. Wily is back, and this time he wants to free something older than the Net itself. In Mega Man Battle Network 3 Blue, the revived WWW is hunting the TetraCodes, passwords that keep Alpha, a rogue prototype of the Internet, sealed away, and the N1 Grand Prix that Lan Hikari and MegaMan.EXE enter turns out to be the perfect cover for the heist. It's the biggest and most ambitious story of the Game Boy Advance trilogy, building to a finale that hit a lot of young players harder than they expected.
The real-time grid battles are as sharp as ever, but BN3 rebuilds almost everything around them. The Navi Customizer replaces simple Buster upgrades with a block-fitting puzzle: you slot Program pieces onto a grid under rules about how they can combine, and the right layout can transform how MegaMan fights. Chips now come in three tiers. Standard chips allow up to four copies per folder, Mega chips are capped at five per folder, and the precious Giga chips are limited to one per folder and exist only once in the entire game. Program Advances reward folders that line up three or four chips, and the Virus Breeder lets you raise friendly viruses on BugFrags to power up their chips.
Blue Version has its own personality. Five Giga chips are exclusive to this cartridge, with DeltaRayEdge Z as its Netbattle reward Giga chip. BowlMan takes his place in Blue's contest bracket, and only this version features Punk, a scrappy Navi who turns up for a challenge from time to time. Because each version is missing one contest Navi, earning all seven stars on the title screen means trading with a White player, the kind of link-cable diplomacy that made version-split games such a playground event.
BN3 was a major hit in Japan, selling over half a million copies there by the end of 2003, and it reached North America that same year while the MegaMan NT Warrior anime was introducing Lan and MegaMan to a wider audience. Many fans consider it the high point of the series, and it was later included in the Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection. On the Game Boy Advance, Blue is the version for players who want Punk, BowlMan and that DeltaRayEdge in their arsenal.
Join Mega Mega.EXE, his pal Lan and friends as they keep the net safe from cyber mayhem in the most expansive battle network adventure yet. Together with the White version, find all of Mega Man's battle style changes, "Giga Class" Chips, enemies and discover more surprises just for you!
