Item Description

Gravity Mountain is a Stadium that drags the biggest Pokémon down to earth. While it is in play, each Stage 2 Pokémon in play, both yours and your opponent's, gets -30 HP. That makes fully evolved attackers easier to Knock Out, so decks built around Basic Pokémon or single-stage lines can bring it in to punish an opponent who has invested turns into evolving.

The trick is knowing your own deck: it hurts your Stage 2 Pokémon too, so it shines brightest when you have none, and it can also bump an opponent's Stadium off the field when theirs is causing you problems.

This is the Surging Sparks Hyper Rare, card 250/191, illustrated by AYUMI ODASHIMA. The Hyper Rare treatment is a gold, full-art, textured version of the card numbered beyond the main set, and it turns Odashima's artwork into a gleaming binder centerpiece next to the set's other gold pulls.
