Item Description

Grafaiai is a graffiti artist with poison for paint. Introduced in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, the Toxic Monkey Pokémon coats its fingers in poisonous saliva and paints patterns on its surroundings, and that mischievous streak makes it one of Paldea's most distinctive new faces. The Grafaiai ex Box, released in April 2024, puts this Poison and Normal-type troublemaker front and center.

Pokémon ex returned in the Scarlet & Violet era as the game's power cards: bigger Hit Points, flashier attacks, and the risk that a Knock Out hands your opponent two Prize cards. Grafaiai suits the treatment. The design is full of attitude, with its paint-streaked fur and sly expression, and the ex artwork gives it room to show off. Its pre-evolution Shroodle, the little gecko-like painter that evolves into Grafaiai, is just as charming and rounds out the story of the evolutionary line.

Collection boxes like this one are a great middle ground between a single pack and a full booster box. You get a featured promo of a specific Pokémon you can put straight into a binder or deck, plus the fun of opening packs at the kitchen table.

It also makes a more personal Pokémon gift than a random booster, chosen for one specific, paint-splattered character with plenty of attitude.
