Our grade: Near Mint. Pictured: this printing of the card. Every card ships triple-sleeved — a soft sleeve, a deck sleeve and a rigid top loader.
Go-Shintai of Life's Origin wears a green frame, but its activated ability costs one mana of every color, which gives it a full five-color identity as a commander. That makes it the natural leader for a Shrine deck: a four-mana 3/4 legendary enchantment creature that grows your board every time a Shrine arrives.
Whenever it or another nontoken Shrine you control enters, you create a 1/1 colorless Shrine enchantment creature token. Those tokens are Shrines themselves, so they swell the count for every Shrine that scales with how many Shrines you control, from the Kamigawa Hondens to the Neon Dynasty Go-Shintai cycle. Late in the game, pay white, blue, black, red and green and tap it to return target enchantment card from your graveyard to the battlefield. Since Shrines are enchantments, that means rebuilding your engine after a wipe, and every returned nontoken Shrine brings another token with it.
This is the Neon Dynasty Commander extended-art printing, collector number 66, illustrated by Alexander Mokhov, in non-foil. The extended frame lets Mokhov's art stretch across the card, a good look for a commander that will sit at the center of the table all game.
