Our grade: Near Mint. Pictured: this printing of the card. Every card ships triple-sleeved — a soft sleeve, a deck sleeve and a rigid top loader.
Item Description
Glissa Sunseeker's ability is a little puzzle every turn: tap her and destroy target artifact if its mana value is equal to the amount of unspent mana you have. Tap two lands and leave the mana floating, and a two-drop artifact goes away; tap none, and she quietly picks off tokens like Treasures and Clues for free.
Around that puzzle sits a solid four-mana green legendary Elf Warrior, a 3/2 with first strike that wins most early fights. In Commander she is a fun mono-green leader for players who enjoy disrupting artifact-heavy tables, and in any green deck she is a repeatable answer to opposing rocks, equipment and tokens that never needs a separate removal spell.
Glissa first appeared in Mirrodin in 2003 as the elf heroine of that plane's story. This is the Secret Lair Drop printing, collector number 491, illustrated by Livia Prima, in foil, and it keeps her original flavor text: "To seek the truth was her calling. To gain its power was her destiny."
