Item Description
In Final Fantasy XV, fishing is the side activity that swallowed countless hours, and Fishing Gear turns that pastime into a surprisingly greedy piece of Equipment. Every time the equipped creature deals combat damage to a player, you exile the top card of that player's library.
If it's a permanent card, you may put it onto the battlefield under your control, so a single hit can land you an opponent's creature, artifact, enchantment or even a land. If it isn't, or you'd rather not, you still get a 1/1 blue Fish token, so every connection reels in something. At three mana with equip 2, it's affordable to set up, and it pairs beautifully with evasive creatures, double strikers and Voltron commanders that connect every turn. In Commander, where opponents' decks are full of strong permanents, the catches can get wild.
