This is the Final Fantasy – Revival Trance (Collector's Edition) Commander deck for Magic: The Gathering, a brand-new, factory-sealed 100-card ready-to-play deck from the 2025 Final Fantasy release. In the Collector's Edition, every card in the deck carries the Surge Foil treatment. Its contents are sealed as released by Wizards of the Coast. Any flaw in the seal or packaging is shown in the photos. It ships carefully packed and protected.

Item Description

Every card in this version of Revival Trance shimmers. The Collector's Edition takes the Final Fantasy VI Commander deck led by Terra, Herald of Hope and prints the entire 100-card list in Surge Foil, Magic's flashiest foil treatment. It is the same strategy as the standard deck, dressed for the moment Terra enters her Trance and lights up the battlefield.

On the table, Terra plays a red, white and black graveyard game. She mills cards as the turns go by, and when she deals combat damage you can pay a small amount of mana to bring back a creature card with mana value 3 or less, tapped and ready to fight again. Small creatures you lose early become fuel later, which turns ordinary trades into setup for a comeback, very much in the spirit of a party that refuses to stay down.

That theme fits Final Fantasy VI perfectly. Terra's half-Esper awakening is one of the most memorable turns in the 16-bit era, and seeing her lead a full foil deck is a treat for anyone who spent hours with the SNES original or its later re-releases.

The Collector's Edition is the version to choose if you want your Commander deck to double as a showpiece: sleeve it up and every draw flashes, or keep it sealed as the premium edition of Terra's 2025 Magic: The Gathering debut.
