Item Description

Few giants are as lovable as Fezzik, and Secret Lair's crossover with The Princess Bride gives his name to a card that suits him perfectly: Brion Stoutarm, a 4/4 lifelinking Giant Warrior who settles fights by picking things up and throwing them. Printed as Fezzik, Rhyming Giant, a nod to his running rhyme game with Inigo, it plays exactly like Brion, and its flavor text borrows one of Fezzik's most good-natured lines from the film.

For one red mana, you tap Brion and sacrifice another creature to deal damage equal to that creature's power to a player or planeswalker. Because Brion has lifelink and is the source of that damage, every throw also gains you that much life. Boros Commander players love the classic play: borrow an opponent's biggest creature with a Threaten or Act of Treason effect, attack with it, then hurl it at its former owner. Sacrifice decks get a tidy way to cash in creatures that were going to die anyway, and a four-mana 4/4 lifelinker is no slouch in combat either.

This is the Secret Lair Drop borderless printing, collector number 1450, illustrated by Lius Lasahido, printed under the name Fezzik, Rhyming Giant, offered here in foil.
