Item Description
Fabricate is the cleanest artifact tutor blue has to offer: three mana to search your library for an artifact card, reveal it and put it into your hand. No conditions and no extra hoops, just the exact piece your deck is built to find.
In artifact-focused Commander decks that's a big deal. It can grab an early mana rock to accelerate, a piece of equipment for a Voltron plan, a game-ending artifact creature or the missing half of a combo, and because it finds any artifact it scales with whatever your list is built around. Blue rarely gets a tutor this unrestricted, which is why Fabricate shows up so often in artifact and combo decks.
This is the Secret Lair Drop printing, collector number 1084, illustrated by Volta Creation, in foil. It's a Transformers-themed version whose flavor text references Megatron's rebirth as Galvatron, a fitting nod for a card about building exactly the machine you need.
