Item Description
The Scarlet & Violet era gave Eevee's family the Terastal treatment, and Espeon ex shows why that crystal-crowned look caught on. This is a Tera Pokémon ex, a Stage 1 that evolves from Eevee with a hefty 270 HP, and like other Tera Pokémon ex it is protected from attack damage while it waits on your Bench. You can build it up safely, then send it in when the moment is right, keeping in mind that an ex gives up two Prize cards when it is Knocked Out.
For collectors, Espeon ex sits in the same wave of Eeveelution enthusiasm that gave every one of Eevee's evolutions a Tera ex card in Prismatic Evolutions. The Sun Pokémon's graceful silhouette, split tail and glowing forehead gem have always looked at home on a shiny card, and the Tera crystal adds a sharp, jewel-like accent.
This is promo SVP 175 from the Scarlet & Violet Black Star Promo series, in foil. Promos like this one were released through special products rather than standard booster packs, so it makes a smart companion for anyone assembling a run of Eeveelution ex cards from the era.
