As a Special Illustration Rare numbered beyond the set's 165-card main run, it was one of the most talked-about pulls the moment Scarlet & Violet 151 hit shelves. Its artwork sets aside the clean, staged compositions of traditional card design for something more painterly and alive, rendering Charizard with a depth and drama that feels closer to gallery concept art than to a typical booster-pack card.

Scarlet & Violet 151 is built around the original 151 Pokémon from the Kanto region, a love letter to the first generation and a showcase for what the modern TCG has become.
