Blastoise is one of the most iconic cards ever printed. As the fully evolved form of Squirtle, this Water-type powerhouse has been a fan favorite since the very beginning of the Pokemon franchise, and its Base Set holofoil card captures everything that made the original run of the TCG feel electric.
