Choose from 3 versions of this card in the list — each is listed by its finish and style. Our grade: Near Mint, for every version. Pictured: these printings of the card. Every card ships triple-sleeved — a soft sleeve, a deck sleeve and a rigid top loader.
Every Commander deck needs mana, and Arcane Signet is about as clean an answer as Magic has printed: two mana, tap it, and get one mana of any color in your commander's color identity.
There is no life payment, no enters-tapped clause and no restriction beyond the deck you were already building. On turn two it puts you a full turn ahead, on turn three it reaches four mana, and in three- and four-color decks it smooths out a shaky mana base while taking up a single slot. That universality is why it ranks near the very top of EDHREC's most-played cards. Its flavor text points back to Throne of Eldraine, describing a single drop of water that the Magic Mirror crystallized into something far greater.
This listing covers three Commander Legends versions illustrated by Dan Murayama Scott: the main-set printing, collector number 297, in non-foil or foil, and the extended-art printing, collector number 689, in non-foil. Most Commander players eventually want one for every deck, and these give a choice of finish and frame.
