Magic: The Gathering single: Aminatou, the Fateshifter. Our grade: Near Mint. Pictured: this printing of the card. Every card ships triple-sleeved — a soft sleeve, a deck sleeve and a rigid top loader.

Item Description

Aminatou, the Fateshifter treats the battlefield like a deck of cards waiting to be reshuffled. Her +1 draws a card and then puts a card from your hand back on top of your library, so you are always choosing your next draw. Her −1 exiles another permanent you own and returns it under your control, a built-in blink that lets you replay enter-the-battlefield effects or rescue a permanent from trouble. Her −6 is pure table chaos: choose left or right, and every player gains control of all the nonland permanents, other than Aminatou, controlled by the next player in that direction.

At three mana in white, blue and black with 3 starting loyalty, she can also be your commander, which makes her a fascinating Esper leader for blink, top-of-library and political decks. Few commanders let you stack your draws, reuse your best enter-the-battlefield creatures and then rotate the entire table's board in the same game.

This is the Secret Lair Drop borderless printing, collector number 1421, illustrated by Uta Natsume, whose artwork runs edge to edge with no border to box her in.
